What's a Champagne Fry? It's a lot like a Fish Fry, but it focuses on the little known fact that Champagne and fried food are AMAZING as a pairing. So here's the deal...for $75 we are doing an all sparkling wine event with 3 of our purveyors. They are bringing 5 wines each and you get to taste ALL 15 OF THEM. In addition, we are giving you a small buffet of (mostly) fried food pairings (with salad and veggie options too) while you enjoy the wine. If you want to stay and have more dinner, dessert, or wine just say the word.
